Hi Amanda, a week before my first chemo, a girlfriend gave me a Pandora bracelet with a single Breast Cancer charm on it. After each milestone (chemo, surgery, pathology result) I purchased myself a bead and now have a full bracelet. Those charms from your children are priceless. Kath x
