Sorry to hear of your issues.
I am one of the facilitators on the young women group, however not on BCNA much anymore and have passed on my duties back to BCNA. I would pop in occassionally to check requests and my personal messages. But since the site upgrade I dont get notified of requests anymore. However a kind member messaged me on Facebook to let me know of your issues trying to join. They explained the new system to me and I have now added you and many others.
I am sooo sooo sorry for the delay.
