I am not sure why but many of the posts I access ( I have ticked the 'most recent' box) have a mix of posts ranging from a day or two, to months, to 2 or more years. They are not in any chronological order. I found one today that has several posts from 2 years ago, then finally a three day old question which may be directed to me. Confusing.

Logging on has its mysteries too. Today I received six log on 'one time' passwords, that 's happened a few times too.

Is it just me?

  • Three attempts to log on this morning. The one time passwords simply don't arrive and then - seven, one after another. I am waiting a reasonable amount of time, far longer than I used to, but don't really know if that's the problem or something else.

Hi Afraser, arpie, Katie46 . Thank you for the feedback about the signing in/reply structure with this platform. Just wanted to let you know we have noted this and passed it on to our team to explore improvement options.

  • Weird things happening Afraser .... I couldn't log in at all last week ...

All replies should automatically be in chronological order .... it is very frustrating when they aren't.

I'm also noticing that even tho refreshing the 'category' page a couple of times a day - some posts still don't 'show' for days!   WHY?

It seems that there has been another 'upgrade' that may have changed things in the last week or so.

The 'in review' and 'approved' tags are new too .....
I am not sure if the 'in review' posts/replies are kept invisible until 'approved'?
It would appear that 'in review' posts CAN be read ......

(Hmmm ... Usually only dodgy posters who put up nasty posts were put onto 'review' status - not everyone!)

  • I find the replies are all over the place as well date wise, and you have to scroll and search for replies that appear as sub threads attached to an existing reply, rather than all replies just appearing at the bottom of the chat as they used to. The sub threads aren't particularly visble either, and have to be expanded. I tried using the 'most recent' option as well and it doesn't really help.
