‘If you’re not in a good place then it's really hard to look after someone else’ 

 Stuart Diver’s message to those caring for someone with breast cancer is: 

  1. Prioritise your mental and physical health 
  1. Access resources like BCNA’s My Journey which offers personalised information

  • If you are being cared for by a family member, friend/organisation - or if (as many of us do or have done) you care for a partner or family member (be it dementia or other diagnosis) .... please consider joining the Carer's Corner Private Group .... there is support there from those caring for others - and also tips & tricks within the 'Carers Group' that may help you ....
