So, I remember reading recently in a news article that cancer falls under the Disability Act if you feel you are being discriminated against or treated unfairly etc. Employers need to tread carefully dealing with cancer effected employees & most of them don't realise it.. Was an interesting read though I cannot, for the life of me, remember where I read it.
