journal 📔 pages
the past week, journalling my thoughts has kept me sane. And I take some of the words & make a page.

Hi there Ann58
I’m so sorry that I’ve only just come across your post. I hope you’ve been getting support from some of the other groups on here. I love that you are journaling through this difficult time.
It’s important being able to get things on a page as I think it stops those thoughts from spinning around endlessly in our heads. A lot of your thoughts and feelings that you have put into your journal pages are exactly how I felt. It was lovely reading through them and realising that I’m not the only one struggling with this whole new reality that has been thrown at us. None of us want to be here but at least we’re not alone.
What sort of paper are you using for your backgrounds on the page? Whatever it is, it looks great. 😃
Your little bird version of yourself is brilliant. It’s funny how some things resonate with us. I paint in watercolours and most of my paintings are just paintings but there are a special few that I feel a connection to. I’m not sure why but it’s just there.
I’ll post a couple of my favourites. They’re only small but I smile every time I see them.
As you are now at least one month into this journey, I hope you now have a plan in place or possibly part way into that plan. For me, all the waiting and not knowing was the worst part. I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer and had a lumpectomy six weeks ago and I’m to have radiotherapy and possibly endocrine therapy as well.
Please keep journaling and sharing on here. I will watch out for them. xo
