How long does it take, if ever, hair follicles to regrow after 10 years of treatment for HER 2.

My friend finished her 10 years of treatment of herceptin for HER2 breast cancer in January 2019 which resulted in hair thinning.  There is still no sign after 6 months of hair regrowth.  How long does it take or may it not happen, she is very upset about it.

    Has anyone else had the problem of hair thinning and the hair not thickening again after taking AROMASIN for a 10 year period?

    Ah ok. It should slowly thicken a bit but some women have thin hair after menopause.

    I just spoke to my friend who said her hair came back after the herceptin but the problem is the AROMASIN, she was put on that caused the hair to thin.  So she has been off the AROMASIN for the past 6 months but no sign of her hair thickening.

    Did you mean she finished 17 cycles of herceptin or 10 years of hormone treatment? Her hair should start to thicken up in next few months.
