Surgery no 4

So my next surgery scheduled for Thursday which was supposed to be my exchange to implants is now fat grafting as my ps is concerned about my thin skin. I am hoping that as they are taking some saline out of the expanders as part of the process that it will be a bit more comfortable as this last "overfill" has probably been the most uncomfortable. So I will need to have 2 or 3 of these procedures then my exchange then nipples - assuming i don't need any other revisions... Still such a long way to go. Having said that I don't think I would have not had recon at all if I had known all this up front - I would have just been better prepared. I am happy that even though I am in the public system my ps is still focussed on getting the best outcome for me. I do not understand how any one could get addicted to plastic surgery!!!! Hopefully this procedure will be a breeze after the last one
