@"jackie 4" I just wanted to add I'm enjoying not having a huge chest as well! I've gone from pendulous Es to perky C - Ds (won't know the final size until they settle down a bit more). Clothes look and fit better, and are easier to buy as a result. What size has the surgeon told you you'll be?
