Diep surgery recovery
hi everyone I’m having double mastectomy and diep reconstruction in about 3 weeks and I was wondering if anyone could give some insight into recovery and how they managed once at home from hospital ...

It was very good. Hosted by the new CEO Kirsten Pilatti (who was warm, very likeable and clearly knows her stuff) we had three talks. One on BC and work, one on BC and exercise from a fantastic young exercise physiologist, and one on sex lives after BC. There was even a door prize... someone you know walked away with a vibrator!! B)
Yesterday was not such a good day but I had a really good night's sleep last night and today was much better as a result. SO much hinges on our sleep eh? K xox
