Diep surgery recovery

At 38 and if you’ve got a reasonable level of fitness, you should be ok - but we just never know how we react to anaesthetic or medications. You can do the very best to plan and that will help; but then you need to give yourself some slack and let your body do the talking once it’s all done and dusted ...and be kind to yourself (as well as a bit selfish in those early days) x
