Mmm, yes you are right, there isnt much in the way of immediate DIEP pictures. Have you found the Topic Index? Look under 'Immediate' under the heading 'Timing of reconstruction'. There are about 15 stories and photo stories of mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. Some TRAM/DIEP and some implant.
