Hi @samons and welcome. I'm not in Melbourne, nor in your situation.
However, I've followed Dr Jane O'Brien on FB for a few years and she posts good articles and links. Have a look at her website, link at the bottom, and see what you think.
Pink Hope (link below) is an Australian organisation set up by a young woman to give women, primarily young like yourself, a place to find information. There is also a link to online support groups under the Get support tab.
