I have now been put on Lyrica 150mg and I have very few hot flushes now. I am sleeping better than previously mainly because I am exercising most days. I have been off Femara for a break of 6-8 weeks as suggested by onco and I have realised I can't blame the femara for the pain or sleepless nights so I will be happy to go back on it now and not blame it for all my problems. The Lyrica (Gabapentin) has made a huge difference to my hot flushes though.Lots of love, Mich xoxo
