Bruschetta with avocado, tomato, hazelnuts & mozarella - YUM!

Hello wonderful chefs!
I though i would share this great recipe for Bruschetta with avocado, tomato, hazelnuts & mozzarella that i found.
It goes great as a side to some pasta and its perfect to make on the weekend - or in my case, to please the household master chef (other wise known as my Italian nonna)
These are what you need to get started:
- 2 avocado, peeled
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- Pinch of flaked sea salt
- Few twists of black pepper
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup hazelnuts roasted and skins removed
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices good sour dough toast
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled
- 2 buffalo mozzarella fresh in brine
- 8 basil leaves
- 75g grated Parmesan (grana padano)

We had this for breakfast this morning. Everyone loved it! I am always stuck for different healthy ideas for breakfast as my husband has a lot of food allergies which make it tricky. Thanks Jess. There were lots of good ideas on the link.
