This year I have had 3 operations for breast cancer. When people enquired how I was I sent the little drawings from my mini iPad. Some found them great and others found them confronting.

What beautiful little art works--the eyes are very expressive; i know we read into what we see but i see sadness and acceptance and keeping self together even with surgical 'assualt'.   Reminds me vaguely of the style of drawing which is 'fashion' oriented which makes subject a bit unsettling..and lovely!

Many thanks for your comments. I think you saw how. I felt very well. Some people were very unsettled by my drawings...
