Swimming at last

Went for a swim today. First time nearly 8 months
after bi lateral mastectomy and reconstruction. Radiation 12 years ago caused trouble with skin healing
so lots of trying different options tried. Now only a bit of fat transfer to go. Used to swim regularly. Today I loved just rolling around in the water. Only managed 4 laps, not my pre surgery 40 but what the heck. It was so good. Just one thing, the implants seem to move a bit. Has anyone else experienced that? Might be just week muscles. Walking a lot hasn't done much for upper body strength. Anyway, I loved being in the pool again and now have a goal to get back to 40 laps again.
