back from a BCNA refresher

Loved the BCNA training of a fortnight ago. The "across Australia" feel was a real privilege to be amongst! For me it was also brilliant that aspects of secondary breast cancer were integated within the program. 

Here on the home front, life continues rich.

My dear Dad is going through a super rough trot with Alzheimer's. His nurses are so kind and knowledgable. 

 I got to have fun at my step grandchildren's kinder open day. The best thing was a footy made from rolled up newspaper held together with rubber bands: Craft and Sport rolled into one!!
