Trust Me - giving strength to others!

I first read this elsewhere and have taken and adapted it for myself. I hope others can take strength from it as well.

                    Trust Me

I know exactly how it feels to cry in the shower so no one can hear.

I know what it's like to wait for everyone to fall asleep so you can fall apart.

I know the pain of hurting so bad that you just want it all to end.

I know what it is like to have to be strong and be the support for others.

I know what it is like to wonder who is going to be strong for me.

I know what it feels like to feel as if I am supporting more people than are supporting me.

                       BUT

I also know that I am stronger than what I am fighting.

I know that there are others out there who do understand how I feel.

I know that my life matters.

I know that God never gives us more than He knows we can bear.

I know that as long as I have my family, friends and Faith,

         I WILL SURVIVE!!!
