Back at work

HI My Pink Sisters,

well my life has return to something of a normalacy and I am loving it. 4 weeks ago I returned to work and though I am easing back in its great. I am having surgery next week so it will some more time away from the office but hopefully after a short break I can resume work and I am hoping I can come back to full time hours.

My anniversary is 24th November and that gives me pause to think about the past year and all that has happened to me and my family.

I am a little nervous about my mammogram and ultra sound but have come to terms with this being normal to feel a little scared. I am so pleased that my feelings of iscolation are gone, that my life isn't a constant round of doctors, surgery and treatments anymore.

So ladies, hang in there it does get better and on the plus side I have made so many new friends.

    Well said Donna and I am so glad to hear that life is getting back on track with the new normal.

     My anniversary of diagnosis is 25th November so very close to yours but I am looking at 2 years and still on that roller coaster ride but as we know "I am special" mmmmmm

    It is a great achievement for you to be getting back to work, especially if you are looking at going back full time so well done.

    Good luck with your upcoming surgery and reviews.  I am sure they will all go smoothly and you will be back to work before you know it.
