Just heard you on the radio, advocating for us on this very important issue.

When will Australian ABC women COUNT?

I find it hard to believe that statistics about recurrence, efficacy of treatment, etc, are not being collected.

Let's hope for change in the future.

Best wishes to all..... Pam

I just listened to your radio recording Amanda. You were awesome. It's hard to believe that the most important statistics(ABC) go unrecorded. When I next see my surgeon,I'm going to ask her if she reported my recurrence or at least informed the onc radiologist who did my radiation in 2003.He needs to know it didn't work and to re evaluate his procedures. How can treatments improve when they are not collecting feedback - that's crazy when you think about it.

Thank you - the story has had quite a bit of AirPlay which is good - we were also on New Breakfast ABC24 with the story repeated throughout the day. It didn't make the 7pm news in Melbourne but it did in Brisbane.

It is good to get these stories happening and in the mainstream media. This is a huge gap incur understanding of the disease and how to best support women living with ABC.
