Looking forward to 2013 and being able to offer some Encore programs to women in South Australia once again! Hope to see you next year for a fun filled FREE 8 week program - a program specially designed for women who have had breast cancer whether it be 8 weeks after surgery, 8 months, 8 years or 18 years - all are welocme to experience the mild mobility and exercise program along with guest speakers, info and handouts!
