my journey

I've been diagnosed on December 2008 with grade 3 breast cancer. Had the surgery on 9 January 2009. Had Chemo and radiotherapy and having tamoxifen at the moment for 5 years.

With my journey, even though I was diagnosed with breast cancer I still continue to work full time as a insurance claims officer and well trained in death claims. With my situation every day was a battle but with all the claims that I handle was my strengh. It gives me compassion and understand more people what they are going thru.

I got 2 minor children and have to explain to them why I lost my hair, why I have to do this or that. But my children learned how to help and understand me at a young age. I am blessed and with prayers, faith and trust in God I am still fighting and continue to fight.

All I can say is ,it is not the situation where in it is how handle the situation.
