Sorry - I've not had experience with Lift Cancer Care Services, but the CEO (Lauren Whiting) recently took part in webcast on BCNA, relating to the benefits of Exercising - so you can listen to her there.  Their website has a lot of interesting info and looks like a reputable Cancer Centre.
