soya etc

anyone use Soya or turmeric/curcumin?? I'm getting mixed info , some are told to take it some are told no

    What is the soya supposed to be for?

    medical team as in oncologist ( who doesnt seem to know much about such things ) or cancer care team ?? who doesnt either

    Taking supplements,  if not needed, can be expensive wee!

    Your medical team may not know because many of the purported benefits are far from proven. Turmeric may be an anti-inflammatory, but also may not. No anti-cancer benefits from turmeric/curcumin have been proven to my knowledge. No idea what soya is recommended for. None of if may do any harm but I’m with @iserbrown - it’s expensive stuff to just flush through your system!

    thats where Im the pig in the middle , Ive had Non alcoholic fatty liver issues so trying to keep the liver healthy the docs say eat tumeric etc , but  some reports say its bad for cancer especially those with hormone sensitive b/c
