PN in toes

I'm still having some pain in my toes due to PN.  The podiatrist has recommended I put Vicks vapour rub on the sore toes and then put a sock on.  I've done this a couple of times and it seems to work for a little while.   Even if it's in my mind I feel it helps.  I do it in the morning and before bed and sometimes during the day.

@Michelle_R the podiatrist said the heat in the vicks could send messages to the nerves.  I'm happy to try whatever I can.

I had full body manual lymph drainage massage earlier this year (I think January) to prevent lymphodema after I hurt my anx clearance arm. It didn't do much for my arm but I was also having severe pn pain in my toes and that is totally gone.
