I just took a break on Arimidex for 1 month and now I have started the tablet again but I am thinking of going off it now because I hate it! Bit worried 😧 about going off it and not doing another five years? Any thoughts? Should I just know I have done 6 and that’s good enough?

I’m on Letrozole and as far as I know the research on all AIs is that 10 years is better than 5 but not clear stats on whether there is extra benefit in 7, 8, or 9 years, ie is the benefit cumulative or is there a big jump in years 9/10? Makes a difference in how long you hang in there.0
