Wishing everyone a Merry Xmas & happy & safe New Year - and hoping it is spent with family & friends, filled with lots of love, peace & happiness and good outcomes for 2020.
Many Thanks for all the support & advice that we have given each other & received in return, along with the tips & yes, even laughs - it is all SO important for our mental health as well as our physical health.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all those who've been badly affected by the bushfires across Australia - as we all hope for rain to take the pressure off the firies.
Some of us have been lucky enough to meet up with members during the year & forging strong friendships - and looking forward to meeting up with more in 2020.
Take care, look after yourselves - and remember that there will always be someone 'on line' throughout the Xmas/New Year period, if you need someone to chat to xxxx

Christmas wishes to all - especially those facing fires and/or losses, it’s a hard time for many.
Wishing all a better, happier and more peaceful new year. Whatever difficulties have to be overcome, it’s just a bit easier with family, friends and good neighbours.3 -
