Teardrop vs Round

Due to the recent recall I have had my surgery postponed (it is now 17 months living with a expander). I was to get a teardrop implant that my surgeon recommended last year but as he is on leave I have a new surgeon who told me it’s up to me and he can’t advise which one is best. After discussions with him I have chosen the round. I would appreciate people, who have had either implants, to comment about what they think of their reconstruction. Please no comments from people that don’t have either of these implants. Thanks

@Barks34. I have both. In my reconstructed breast I have a round implant. In my other natural breast I have a teardrop shaped implant. They both look good, in my opinion.

    Personal choice!
    Content with my shape!
No right or wrong choice it's what suits you and you are comfortable with!
    Take care

I don't think teardrop are now available at all due the texture of them.
I had teardrop tissue expander but a roubd implant.
The upper polar of breast is better in a bra with round but possibly it looked better without.
