Logged out whilst writing PM - and all info lost

I've been logged out due to 'inactivity' whilst actually in the middle of writing a PM - how can that happen?! 

Unlike regular posts - PMs aren't automatically 'saved' to be added to or edited later.  Can this be addressed, please?

This problem has been occurring to my PM's. It is most annoying.

Thanks for letting me know, I will look into this.  It certainly would be annoying @Annie C.
