Fluid retention on tamoxifen

hi
having fluid retention in ankles and calves ,quite sore too,also have other places too,plan on asking doctor soon about it,has any one been given medication for that,I have been researching natural relief and started taking fluid away tablets,but just noticed they have dandelion as main ingredient,I think this is a plant estrogen,or does anyone have a better suggestion.

Fluid build up in feet and ankles should always be investigated to outrule BP or cardiac issues. And there is treatment for either cause.2
