Fingers sensitive to cold

I am wondering if anyone suffers from cold sensitive finger tips. I am three years out from treatment but each Winter as the cold sets in my finger tips become very sore and crack. Today it began flaring up as it is cooling down now. Two finger tips already cracked I understand neuropathy is common during and a shortly after chemo but not three years later.
My body temp is always up so I wonder if it is like putting a cold dish into a hot oven, it cracks. I have bought myself some gloves and will be extra vigilant with moisturising my finger tips. Hopefully this will help

Thank you @SoldierCrab Yes, it doesn't bother me much during Summer, but the last couple of days it has flared up. I thought it would have settled by now.0
