Sorry, I am better informed about who's regional or in Queensland than my own locality! Looks like a good opportunity for people to have a free try out if they are thinking of making an exercise commitment. I'm already committed to my gym, and Coburg is the nearest but not that near, otherwise I'd be interested in seeing what's on offer.1

@Fiona_BCNA
Thanks for this post.
I made enquiry today and subject to my health I'm booked for second term and on the waiting list for possible cancellation first term.

Thanks Ladies but I don't qualify for this, my treatment finished in 2015 and I've also just finished up from a year with a personal Exercise Physiologist. x0

@angg66 This Program is open to people at any cancer stage including metastatic. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals, following assessment by an exercise physiologist. In fact, there has been a growth in exercise programs for people with cancer, many under the banner of Cancer Rehabilitation. Now that the benefits of exercise have been proven through research, exercise physiologists have become part of the cancer multidisciplinary teams at some centres and exercise programs are being “prescribed” by cancer specialists. Check out the website in Fiona’s post if you are in Melbourne.1

I'm starting the program on Feb 5. And yes Joannie there's not much round our area so i chose to go at Coburg as it was still closer than the city option.1
-
This looks fantastic, I'm waiting to see if any similar program becomes available on the Southern Mornington Peninsula.0
