I listened to this broadcast last night - platitudes et cetera really don't cut it!  He wrote this book 12 months ago and since then has been diagnosed with Brain Cancer

Just spent the last 50 mins listening to it - most of it I totally agree with.  The only inspirational quote I like is: "Be yourself; everyone else is taken"  (gives me an excuse)
