What am I doing wrong

in Day to day
heaps of times I have typed up a huge rambling message and hit post and it will post like the first sentence ?  Why???  Any computer experts on what I may be doing wrong

    I do that too all the time and have no idea how. Sometimes when I write a big post I copy it first and then can paste it if that happens. I usually have issues when I use my iPad. Margie

    Thanks @margie. I have it with iPad and iPhone so that makes sense.  It’s so frustrating.  Your all missing. So much of my ramblings.

    It happens on my laptop too but only on long posts/comments. Maybe it has a character limit?

    I prefer a laptop with a good sized screen. I am hopeless on a notebook. Our nbn isn't activated yet so my laptop is joined to a modem by cable but I do also have a wireless prepaid modem for times when the power is off. I have never had any trouble posting on here with my laptop.
