You might have a pinched nerve or your pelvis could be out. I'd be chatting with your GP about it. I had pain like that when pregnant and just after so wondering if the tamoxifen has altered ligaments in the way pregnancy does. I doubt it. But worthy of a conversation and something a physio might be able to sort out.

It could be lymph collecting in the groin nodes. Try a bit of gentle massage there often and see if it gets better.

    Hi @Nannatash
I also have osteoarthritis and had sever groin pain for ages.  After quite some investigations it was found that I was walking differently to protect my knee pain and had stretched the muscles etc in the groin.  I concentrated on walking straight and it got itself better !
Hope you gt some relief soon.
    Summer   :)
