Afternoon All :smiley:

Unfortunately life became a little hectic this last week so I decided, regrettably, no to participate in the Carmans Run yesterday.

I did however complete my 100th parkrun on Saturday, I am still blitzing it!!!

    So, today I am famous, the parkrun Run Report has been published & both myself & my son featured... So very proud of myself - oh & of my son as well....
