Ali came to chat about the wonderful (and free) YWCA Encore exercise program - designed specifically for women who have undergone treatment for breast cancer.
This was our last Sydney lunch for 2016.
Thank you to everyone for a wonderful year of lunching together, sharing encouraging stories, and just being there to support each other.
