We are never having SFC (a cheap version of KFC) chicken in a box again! For some reason it upset my stomach something shocking. I have the Queen song running through my brain of Bohemian Rhapsody but let’s substitute Mama Mia for Diarrhoea let me go and you get the picture.

It’s after 9am and there isn’t a cloud in the sky today and going to be a hot one I think. While my feet are quite a lot better and it doesn’t hurt like bee stings to rub my toes against each other, I passed on going for a dog walk with my husband and the black dog Shilo this morning. Just the whole long pants, long shirt, shoes, gloves, hat, sunnies and sunscreen thing didn’t seem worth it. To my defence the old dog Nitro hid up the back of his bed so he didn’t have to go either. I figure we’re the smart ones.

    Hi Brenda I always getthe same way with the KFC I think colourents food taste enhancers msgs etc are added and it stuffs an already sensetive system up. I quite when you are just not up the the whole rigmarole of all the dress parts you have to put on. Enjoy yourself with a good mag anyway hugs Peta
