i live on Gold Coast and does anyone know of any yoga groups I could join

    We have a "get active and keep well" group that may be able to help you find a yoga group on the Gold Coast. If you join this group you will be able to write a post into this group.

    Hi Louisadawdy

     

    Did you know GCCC sponsors yoga classes all over the gold coast? I've been to some, and I've done yoga a long time, and they were quite good - if crowded (being free for the most part). 

     

    Maybe give it a try? All the best to you.
