Hello creative ones,

I wanted to share with you all BCNA's Mandala 2016 Calendar and Colouring Pages.

A mandala is a simple way to focus on being in the present moment and over the later part of 2015 mandala colouring books have become very popular.

Here at BCNA we’ve created some stunning mandala illustrations to help you exercise mindfulness, drawing on your creativity as you fill the spaces with colour.

I have just started mine :)

    Hi Anne Marie,

That's awesome the colouring books are now available. I know a few people who use them to relax, and they come out with beautiful results, as they are using the colours of their preference.

Will tell more people about them - Tracey B

    Hi Ann-Marie,

I love these colouring books I have 1 and I love it, it's so therapeutic and I've allways loved to colour but I never thought to use gel pens but I do need to get some derwent pencils they're the best. Thanks for sharing my daughter even prefers my colouring book lol.

I just use colouring pencils, but think the gel pens look great too.
