Hi this is my first post ,I were first diagnosed with early breast cancer in 2007 at age 39 ,I had a lumpectomy followed by chemo and then radiation I have now been diagnosed again with what was thought to be a 6mm tumour but turned out to be several  tumours spanning over 10cm.I had a double mastectomy and trams flap reconstruction 3 weeks again and have just been told I will need more chemo starting in 2 weeks.I have been told that even though there was no involvement in the lymph nodes and all scans were clear I have a high chance of this spreading in the future.I am feeling completely overwhelmed by all this and very scared wandering if anyone else has had a similar diagnosis.
