Hello hello, just a gentle reminder that today marks the start of the Mindful in May initiative. This new initiative serves a duel purpose, to encourage us all to set a personal challenge to practice mindfulness for 10minutes each day while raising funds for clean water projects. Check it out and register if you haven't already!
Thought you also might find this news item interesting. The Holistic Life Foundation is using meditation to bring Baltimore together amidst recent riots.
