Hi Louise

Re your message.  I tried to respond but the 'send' function is not working.

Apparently everything was visible to the public for some time but that issue has been resolved.

Like all the other parts of the system they have stuffed and say "we know about that and it is on the list to be fixed" the sending of messages is one !  I tried to send one to Daina yesterday and ended up phoning them.

You cannot load a photo (I will try one again here so if it appears they have fixed that), cannot delete your old messages etc etc.

NO - images won't load !!!!

    Hi again, i went into my alias Andy to see how the broadcast worked. I am using a laptop. Logged in as Andy I saw the message and replied using the reply function. It appeared that the reply was sent, it said it had been sent. It was not in the sent items for Andy. I logged back in as myself and did not see the message.

    So it could be that members have responded to the broadcast and think I have received it, but I haven't.

    Thanks again for raising it. I have logged it as a error.

    Hi Summer, thanks for responding here and letting me know the issues. Its all a bit hit and miss right now but i still have faith that it will get sorted soon and we will all be back on track.

    I tried responding earlier using my iPad, but ti didn't work (sigh). This is a laptop using Chrome. No doubt this is frustrating for users but if we continue with the constructive feedback we will be assisting it to get better.

    If you see an image it worked using a laptop. Just cant resize or edit. 

    Can you try to private message me?? Lets see if that works. I have been corresponding with Paula successfully that way.

Broadcast Messages

Hi Cossette, Just thought if this question as I sent one out last night.  Will group leaders still be able to send broadcast messages to members of their group as we don now? Thanks Paula :) ...
