@youngdogmum do some research on bisphosphonates.You need to be very careful with your teeth once you start taking them as serious dental like extractions and root canals run the risk of osteonecrosis of the jaw and many dentists may be unwilling to treat you .Bisphosphonates stay indefinitely in the system even after you cease taking them ie a lifetime risk.
