Hello members,

Have you been affected by breast cancer or know someone who has? BCNA would like to hear your stories as we prepare for the upcoming Pink Bun campaign kickstarting on the 27th April 2022.
We welcome all member stories and if you happen to reside in a regional or remote location we encourage you to share your experience as we often hear of increased hardship and stress due to the absence of specialised services.

Over our 22-year partnership, Bakers Delight has raised over $22 million for BCNA. Money raised this year will help BCNA continue to provide up-to-date, tailored information to the 57 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

Please email contact@bcna.org.au or call 1800 500 258. If you prefer you can send me a direct message.

Thankyou for the feedback @traveltext - appreciated

All the best with the Biggest Morning tea too @cranky_granny .

This year Bakers Delight are doing something a little different as well. The 'Fun Buns' are a smaller sized product - therefore reducing the amount of sugar.  They have introduced a new option to buy a Fun Bun Friends bag tag (great for kids to get involved too). There are three collectable Fun Bun Friends – Alvie, Flossy and Queenie. The perfect school bag accessory or Pink Bun party prize, these new Fun Bun Friends each have their own special mission to help BCNA support those affected by breast cancer, which you can read on their swing tag. Available in bakeries from 28 April, all proceeds will be donated to BCNA. Stocks are limited and each store is given a set quantity of each collectable.

  • Im doing a stall in May. Part of CC biggest morning tea I could probably buy the buns from Bakers and serve them up to my invited guests that will be helping in 2 areas
I will need a gluten and nut free option though
  • Suggesting you also offer a savoury product for those who find the pink buns to be too unhealthy.
