Introduction to Relaxation 

Many people facing cancer say that learning ways to manage stress helps them cope with their experience. 

Relaxation skills can help reduce stress and help manage daily life challenges.

People living with cancer and their loved ones are invited to join one of the face-to-face or online Introduction to Relaxation sessions.


When: Thursday, October 31


Time: 10 am - 11 am


Where: Online or face-to-face in selected locations.
