Your Private Messages Are Now Live!

BCNA’s Online Network will be temporarily unavailable from 7pm AEST, July 1, 2025, until the morning of July 2, 2025.  

During this time, you will not be able to access the Online Network.  

This upgrade is to migrate your private messages from Vanilla (the old platform). 

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your Online Network experience.  

Our Helpline is available from 9am-5pm AEST, Monday to Friday on 1800 500 258

  • This new format is very cumbersome!

    I have an envelope saying I have 99+ messages.  Nothing on display or hint on how to access.

    Today I sent a message to Mez_BCNA​  but there's no copy of that message hence no idea what happened.

  • Hi I just worked out how to get past conversations back

    In envelope I click om a particular message just below the first part of discussion In Pink writing it says Show (a number eg 17) older replies

    I clicked on that and yippee the rest of the conversation came up

    Hope this helps arpie​

      Thanks cranky_granny​ ... I've Still only got the 3 messages moved across - 2 of them now look 'normal', with replies 'in order' ....
      But one has all of my 'recipient's' messages one after the other, then all of my replies, ALSO one after the other!  Really Weird!

  • Just wondering if everyone's previous PMs have been 'transported' across OK?
    I've only had 3 PMs come over - and in all 3, only the 'other persons' comments are showing, none of my replies!  Weird!!
    Can you check your 'recent transfer to new platform' PMs & see if yours are the same? Many thanks.

    Your Private Messages Are Now Live!
    We’re pleased to let you know that private messaging and the Online Network are now fully available again.

    Thank you for your patience while we completed this update — we understand it took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

    To help you get back on track, here are a few quick tips:

    • Unread Messages: You may notice your inbox messages appear as ‘unread’. To mark them as ‘read’, click the settings cog in your Inbox and select ‘Mark all as read’ (see image below)
    • Refresh Your Page: A quick refresh will ensure all changes are applied correctly.
    • Notifications: These were temporarily paused during the migration and will be reactivated shortly.
