Your Private Messages Are Now Live!
We’re pleased to let you know that private messaging and the Online Network are now fully available again.
Thank you for your patience while we completed this update — we understand it took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
To help you get back on track, here are a few quick tips:
- Unread Messages: You may notice your inbox messages appear as ‘unread’. To mark them as ‘read’, click the settings cog in your Inbox and select ‘Mark all as read’ (see image below)
- Refresh Your Page: A quick refresh will ensure all changes are applied correctly.
- Notifications: These were temporarily paused during the migration and will be reactivated shortly.
