Hi Diana & Jess
I only joined up the other day, after being diagnosed 3 weeks ago and have already found your site very resourceful and extremely supportive. I must admit I'm fairly shy and suffer from social anxiety (even online) and find it difficult to share my feelings and thoughts in an open forum like this. But since reading everyone's stories I am starting to relax a bit more. I am an artist & designer by trade, so communicang my ideas and feelings is something that i do, but it doesnt come easy. I hope this forum will help me be more open to sharing and learning from others. :)
